the location was acceptable, with bus and tram stops right outside the building.

the soundproofing was inadequate. i could clearly hear conversations and other noises from adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to sleep, especially with noisy neighbors late at night.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed had comfortable, snow-white linen. Staff members were always ready to help with any question i had. I was able to make myself coffee in the lobby.

There are several restaurants nearby, so it can be noisy outside.

i found the staff very helpful. elton was always smiling and ready with advice. my single room included new furniture. i also appreciated the coffee and tea available in the hallway.

the walls seemed thin. i could hear conversations in the next room. blackout curtains didnt fit properly. too much light entered my room.
